Beginning September 8, 2009 to June 18, 2010, Lotus Bloom in partnership with Museum of Children's Art, and
Oakland Park & Recreation Department will continue to provide free early childhood playgroups for parents with children
0-5 years old. Parents are required to remain on-site as these are nonlicensed programs. The activities are designed to
promote healthy attachment, social and motor developments, and provide art and literacy activities for children and families
that support early learning experiences.
